Details

Grafana Labs is a remote-first, open-source company that builds observability tooling used worldwide. The Commercial Solutions Engineering team are customer-facing product experts who educate potential and existing customers, deliver demos and technical evaluations, and partner with Sales to qualify and close opportunities. This role supports Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise offerings and works closely with Product Management and Engineering to provide customer feedback.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Sales to articulate Grafana's value proposition, vision, and strategy to customers
  • Own technical engagement with customers and help close opportunities through technical credibility and competitive knowledge
  • Deliver product and technical presentations, demos, and technical evaluations to potential and existing customers
  • Proactively communicate with customers and internal teams to provide a feedback loop into Product and Engineering
  • Drive product conversations based on customer needs and problems learned during interactions
  • Contribute to documentation, blog posts, videos, knowledge base articles, and other public/internal enablement materials

Requirements

  • Technical mindset with a desire to grow technically; candidates may be bootcamp graduates or have post-sales or engineering experience
  • Strong written and oral communication skills for collaboration with remote international teams and worldwide customers
  • Ability to solve technical challenges and bring creative solutions to customers
  • Familiarity and hands-on experience with open source projects and SRE/DevOps practices
  • Professional fluency in Thai and English
  • Must be located in Singapore and have Permanent Residency or Citizenship

Bonus

  • Experience with open source technologies or in the metrics/monitoring space
  • Experience with sales methodologies such as MEDD(P)ICC

Compensation & Additional Info

  • In Singapore, the OTE compensation range for this role is 193,000 - 245,000 SGD (actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset)
