ING Hubs Poland is building a new team to support Global Procurement and Procurement NL. The role focuses on procurement policy implementation, supplier oversight, regulatory and supplier-related risk areas, and translating business requirements into data insights and dashboards for NL and Global Procurement stakeholders.
The expected salary for this position: 9 600 - 18 000 PLN.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate oversight and data analysis for the procurement and supplier risk areas described in the vacancy for Procurement NL.
- Lead and support implementation of the ING Procurement Policy for the NL business.
- Maintain oversight of suppliers in scope of the ING global Know Your Supplier process for Procurement NL and monitor follow-up where applicable.
- Drive improvements on identified gaps.
- Perform continuous gatekeeping at local NL country level for the described areas of work.
- Work closely with the dedicated Data Analyst allocated to the local Procurement NL team.
- Develop dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI and monitor KPIs and metrics to support business performance and decisions.
- Translate business requirements into data dashboards and maintain them.
- Partner with business stakeholders to define data requirements and provide analytical support.
- Identify data quality issues and collaborate with other global departments to resolve them.
- Maintain documentation of data sources, methodologies and assumptions.
- Maintain oversight (in close cooperation with the Data Analyst) of related tasks and risks, including: Control Testing, iRisk administration, User Access Management, Record Retention deletion, End User Computing, Buyright User Group, ESG, Procurement Pipeline, and corresponding KPIs.
- Act as the Procurement Netherlands Single Point of Contact (SPOC) to NL stakeholders for the regulatory and risk areas of work, liaising with functions such as the Privacy Office, ROPA, CDO/Record Retention, Data Insights User Group, and Regulatory Program SPOCs (e.g., DORA, ITRS) and Group Procurement.
Requirements
- University degree or equivalent, preferably in (supplier-) risk management or supplier-related regulation.
- 3â7 years of experience in EU supplier-related regulations and corresponding legislation (examples mentioned: DORA, OCIR Resolution) and areas such as Privacy/Data, IT Security Risk, ESG/Sustainability, Employee Screening, Supplier Screening and Business Partner Due Diligence, Data Management. Other risk areas include Anti-Corruption & Bribery (ABC) and Financial Economic Crime.
- Experience translating regulatory and risk topics into company policies, enterprise risk management, risk governance, risk dashboarding & reporting, issue management, risk assessments, process management, and procurement data analysis/analytics and data visualization â preferably in an international organization.
- Strong presentation (build and delivery) skills for senior NL stakeholders and the ability to build clear, concise insights for various stakeholders.
- Strong technical project management and coordination skills.
- Strong AI (prompting) and data management skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience building and maintaining Power BI dashboards and similar data visualization tools.
- Experience working with global and local country stakeholders â translating business questions into analytical problems and delivering clear data-driven answers.
- Proactive, independent approach and good grasp of working in international environments.
- Demonstrated resilience and ability to manage ambiguity and complexity.
- Action-list-driven way of working, strong organizational and communication skills, ability to work in a multi-tasking environment and prioritize tasks.
- Very good English (spoken and written) â B2/C1.
Extra points (nice to have)
- Familiarity with procurement and regulatory-related dashboards or experience in the financial industry.
Information about the squad
You will join an international team supporting the NL Procurement Team, providing visibility to NL business stakeholders and Global Procurement stakeholders and acting as SPOC for regulatory and supplier risk topics.
