To further strengthen our position and contribute to our mission, we are looking for a Business Reporting Data Analyst who not only excels in data analysis but also takes a hands-on leadership role within the team, thereby supporting the CoE Business Reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis & Reporting:

    • Collecting, structuring, and analyzing large datasets with a focus on identifying risk factors, market trends, and customer behavior.
    • Developing and maintaining dashboards and reports in Power BI to support decision-making processes.
    • Translating complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders across the business.
    • Identifying trends, deviations, and risks within data and proactively providing recommendations.
  • Team Support:

    • Help structuring the Business Reporting team to optimize workflow, efficiency, and performance.
    • Taking the lead in stakeholder meetings, representing the team and ensuring alignment between business needs and data solutions.
    • Mentoring team members, sharing expertise, and leading efforts to raise the overall knowledge and skill level within the team.
    • Support managing the day-to-day operations within the team, ensuring deadlines are met and high-quality outputs are delivered.
    • Fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and innovation.
  • Strategic Collaboration:

    • Working closely with other departments, such as Finance, Risk, Operations, and Marketing, to align reporting solutions with strategic business goals.
    • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop data-driven projects that impact the overall business.
    • Ensuring that reporting processes and outputs are continuously optimized to meet changing business needs.

Requirements

  • A completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Business Administration, Econometrics, Mathematics, or Computer Science.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a data analyst, with a strong background in business reporting, preferably within the financial sector.
  • Proven experience with Power BI (DAX coding) and extensive knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools.
  • Experience in leading taking a more prominent role in data-driven projects, with the ability to structure workflows and mentor team members.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data analyses clearly and persuasively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in stakeholder management, with the confidence to take the lead in meetings and drive collaboration between teams.
  • Solid knowledge of SQL and experience working with databases.
  • Experience working in an agile/scrum environment is a plus.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset, with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for continuous improvement.

Salary

The gross monthly salary displayed above is based on a 36-hour work week, including vacation pay and benefit budget. The Benefit Budget is 11% of your salary. Five weeks of vacation per year.
