Responsibilities
- Set GTM strategy and manage the end-to-end marketing relationship with assigned reseller partners and distributors across North America.
- Maximize pipeline generation and revenue through planning, execution, and measurement of partner marketing activities.
- Act as central marketing point of contact for partner-led and SentinelOne-led joint marketing initiatives from strategy through pipeline inspection.
- Create strategic quarterly and annual business plans with assigned partners and present quarterly plans to internal and partner executives.
- Drive account mapping, joint programs, and enablement in close partnership with National Partner Manager (NPM) and Field Marketing Manager (FMM).
- Identify and execute GTM opportunities and joint marketing programs to accelerate pipeline growth and maximize ROI.
- Own full campaign lifecycle: ideation, budgeting, execution, and reporting for partner-led and SentinelOne-led events and programs.
- Lead cross-functional and regional planning sessions to align marketing activities with regional sales priorities.
- Interlock with global partner marketing, field marketing, and partner managers to align regional plans to sales goals.
- Manage Market Development Funds (MDF): secure approvals, ensure compliance, and maximize ROI.
- Drive timely and accurate Proof of Performance (POP) collection, list uploads, and data cleansing to enable sales follow-up and pipeline inspection.
- Deliver strategic reporting on marketing performance (ROI, engagement with named accounts, partners & Paladins enabled) and demonstrate impact on joint partner pipeline.
- Develop and manage partner enablement programs (floor days, call blitzes, training) to educate partner sales teams and bring the SentinelOne brand to life.
- Maintain consistent internal communication regarding partner activities, results, and opportunities.
- Travel: approximately 15% expected.
Requirements
- 10 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within cybersecurity.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful partner marketing campaigns.
- Familiarity with partner co-marketing strategies and MDF program usage.
- Strong understanding of partner ecosystems and go-to-market strategies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build trust and influence stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms such as Impartner, GlassHive, Salesforce, or similar.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; advanced degree is a plus.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, able to work independently.
- Creative thinker with a collaborative mindset.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of current trends and challenges within partner ecosystems.
- Multilingual preferred.

Compensation & Other Notes
This U.S. role has a base pay range that will vary based on the location of the candidate. Base Salary Range: $128,800—$166,650 USD. For some locations a different pay range may apply and will be provided during recruiting.
