The CX Analytics Engineering team bridges the gap between data engineering, data science, and business analytics by building scalable, impactful data solutions. We transform raw data into actionable insights through robust pipelines, well-designed data models, and tools that empower stakeholders to make data-driven decisions. As an Analytics Engineer, you enable Analytics and Operations to function seamlessly at scale, translating complex technical and operational requirements into consumable front-end data solutions and influencing CX Analytics strategy.

What We Do

• Trusted Data Sources: Develop and maintain foundational data models as a single source of truth across the organization.
• Actionable Insights: Translate business requirements into scalable data models, dashboards, and tools.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, data science, product, and business teams to ensure alignment.
• Scalable Data Products: Build frameworks, tools, and workflows to maximize efficiency while maintaining data quality and performance.
• Outcome-Focused Solutions: Use modern development and analytics tools to deliver quick value and long-term maintainability.

Responsibilities

• Be the expert: Build subject matter expertise in a business area and data domain; understand data flows end to end.
• Generate business value: Interface with stakeholders to deliver commercial value from data.
• Focus on outcomes: Use various frameworks and paradigms to identify best-fit tools and deliver value quickly.

Requirements

• Customer Support Data Experience: Familiarity with data supporting Customer Support operations, including handling sensitive PII.
• Data Modeling Expertise: Strong understanding of modular and reusable data model best practices (star/snowflake schemas).
• Prompt Design and Engineering: Expertise in prompt engineering for LLMs (e.g., GPT) to improve internal tool performance.
• Advanced SQL: Proficiency in complex query writing, transformation, and optimization.
• Intermediate to Advanced Python: Experience with scripting, automation, OOP, and scalable frameworks.
• Collaboration and Communication: Ability to translate technical concepts to business value and manage projects.
• Data Pipeline Development: Experience with ETL/ELT pipelines using dbt, Airflow, or similar tools.
• Data Visualization: Skilled with Looker, Tableau, Superset, or Python visualization libraries like Matplotlib and Plotly.
• Development Tools: Knowledge of version control (GitHub), CI/CD, and modern workflows.
• Data Architecture: Familiarity with data lake/warehouse solutions (Snowflake, Databricks) and transformation frameworks.
• Business Acumen: Ability to solve business challenges through analytics engineering.
• Data Savvy: Understanding of statistics and probability.
• Bonus Skills: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP), Docker, or Kubernetes.
