Staff Product Designer, Advanced Trade

The Advanced Trading Design Team builds a best-in-class trading platform for professional and advanced traders, designing intuitive, powerful tools for navigating digital assets. This role focuses on building out the core advanced experience and will work closely with product, research, marketing, and engineering to design high-quality web and mobile experiences for advanced traders globally.

This role is remote-first but not remote-only: in-person participation is required throughout the year for team and company-wide offsites, and attendance is expected and supported.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to overall product and design strategy and decision-making.
• Own end-to-end user journeys and all aspects of design execution from ideation to prototyping, user testing, and production.
• Work cross-functionally with product management, engineering, research, and marketing to define and execute the product roadmap.
• Design web and mobile experiences that are simple and intuitive for clients.
• Participate in regular design critiques to give and receive feedback.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Product Design experience.
• Personal or professional experience with trading platforms and a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities in trading experiences.
• Exemplary product thinking, solutions orientation, and ability to work autonomously.
• Proven track record of shipping successful products within a product team.
• Sharp attention to detail and mastery of visual design, interaction design, and prototyping.
• Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management experience.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environments.
• Fluency in Figma and prototyping tools.
• Low ego, collaborative, and open-minded.
• Interest in crypto, trading, and financial products.

Nice to Haves

• Experience with 0-to-1 product launches in high-growth environments.
• Familiarity with data visualization and designing for complex, data-driven tools.
• Knowledge of advanced trading concepts such as order types, market analysis, and liquidity pools.

Work Arrangement

• Remote-first role with required in-person participation several times per year (team and company offsites). #LI-Remote

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay Range: $217,900—$217,900 CAD (target annual salary for this position).
