Join the Finance Applications team as an experienced Product Manager responsible for driving automation and improving Reddit’s financial technology ecosystem. The role owns product strategy and delivery for procurement platforms (Zip, Coupa), the ERP system (NetSuite), and other finance applications, partnering closely with finance, engineering, product, and business systems teams to design scalable, secure solutions that streamline processes and reduce risk.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the product roadmap for Zip, Coupa, Workiva, NetSuite, and other financial applications in collaboration with leadership, PMs, and finance stakeholders.
- Document and analyze current Procure-to-Pay (Coupa and Zip) business processes, perform fit/gap analyses, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Own platform management: technical debt reduction, release/upgrade coordination, and issue resolution for Zip, Coupa, Ironclad, NetSuite, and other finance platforms.
- Explore and implement new capabilities within Procure-to-Pay systems.
- Translate business needs into scalable solutions across Procurement, Accounts Payable, and Accounting.
- Drive complex project execution with task allocation, milestone tracking, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Prioritize and deliver multiple high-priority projects and meet critical deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure system performance and product utilization.
- Learn new technologies quickly and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Lead major cross-functional initiatives, including system implementations, operational improvements, and product rollouts.
- Create product artifacts: Functional Specifications, Data Flow Diagrams, and Business Process Mapping Diagrams.
- Design scalable solutions in Zip, NetSuite, and other applications: customizations, workflows, automations, integrations, and reporting.
- Collaborate with business systems analysts and engineers to develop and implement automations and technical solutions.
- Develop and execute test plans, lead integration and user acceptance testing (UAT) with cross-functional teams.
- Troubleshoot and fix production issues; prioritize against backlog by severity and impact.
- Support month-end and quarter-end close processes as needed.
- Conduct solution walkthroughs, application demos, and user training sessions.
- Support change management documentation including runbooks.
- Ensure SOX compliance by working with auditors on technical walkthroughs and system controls.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of finance business processes: Order Management, Billing, Collections, Revenue Management, Procurement, Expenses, Payables, General Accounting, and Financial Reporting.
- Deep understanding of Record to Report processes, month-end accounting, and financial reporting features in NetSuite.
- 5+ years of system administration experience with ERPs like NetSuite and other finance applications (Workiva, Zip, Coupa, Kyriba, Floqast).
- 4+ years of hands-on NetSuite configuration experience (General Ledger, Intercompany, Fixed Assets, Payables, Receivables, Payments, SuiteTax, custom fields/segments/lists/records, automations such as SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, SuiteTalk, Suitelets, SuiteBundle, and reporting).
- 3+ years of experience with large-scale ERP implementations and integrations using middleware technologies like Workato, MuleSoft, or Boomi.
- Experience with Agile methodology (sprint ceremonies, backlog refinement) and reporting in Jira.
- Knowledge of production support, incident, and defect management processes.
- BA/BS or equivalent experience.
- Experience at a public company and/or with SOX processes.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional technical resources.

Pay Transparency
Base salary range for this position: $180,200 - $252,300 USD.
