We are seeking an experienced Staff Product Manager to help shape the future of our Procure-to-Pay, Finance, and Accounting application landscape at Reddit. This role is part of the Finance Applications team within the broader Corporate Technology Business Applications team.

You will define the vision for Reddit's Finance Applications landscape and serve as the primary contact for cross-functional projects. Collaborating with Procurement, Finance, Accounting, and Legal teams, you will execute roadmap initiatives and ensure their success.

Key initiatives involve Procure-to-Pay tools such as Coupa, Zip, and NetSuite, working closely with finance. The role demands experience with Procure-to-Pay business applications and financial processes, solving technical challenges, and building cross-functional partnerships.

You will lead the design and implementation of product enhancements in enterprise procurement applications to improve processes, reduce risk, and enhance financial operations, working closely with Technology and Business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and analyze requirements for Procure-to-Pay projects involving Coupa and Zip.
• Design and configure scalable, secure solutions across Procurement, Accounts Payable, and Accounting.
• Partner with finance systems and stakeholders to deliver positive outcomes.
• Translate business needs into high-quality automation and system enhancements.
• Collaborate on roadmap prioritization for Procure-to-Pay systems.
• Drive complex project execution with effective task and milestone management.
• Prioritize and deliver multiple projects meeting deadlines.
• Explore and implement new capabilities within Procure-to-Pay systems.
• Manage vendor relationships for optimal performance.
• Learn new technologies and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Execute product vision ensuring seamless purchasing and accurate financial reporting.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives including implementations and operational improvements.
• Manage platform including technical debt, upgrades, and issue resolution for Coupa, Ironclad, NetSuite, and other platforms.
• Support month-end and quarter-end close processes.
• Provide ongoing administration and user support for Zip, Coupa, NetSuite, including workflows and permissions.
• Ensure SOX compliance working with auditors.

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in Procurement Operations and Accounts Payable processes.
• 6+ years experience with Coupa UI configuration/integrations; certifications preferred.
• 6+ years SaaS industry or consulting experience.
• Experience with Coupa, Zip, NetSuite, or similar financial tools.
• Proven execution record in Finance Applications enhancements and projects.
• Strong understanding of technical and procure-to-pay processes, and software development lifecycle.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with accounting leaders.
• Experience in agile delivery environments.
• Knowledge of upstream/downstream applications affecting Procure-to-Pay.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with public companies and SOX processes preferred.
