At Coinbase, our mission is to increase economic freedom in the world. It’s a massive, ambitious opportunity that demands the best of us, every day, as we build the emerging onchain platform — and with it, the future global financial system.

To achieve our mission, Coinbase is seeking a candidate passionate about crypto and blockchain technology, eager to solve hard problems, and comfortable working in an intense, high-performance culture. Many roles at Coinbase are remote-first but not remote-only; in-person participation is required throughout the year for team and company-wide offsites.

You'll join the Coinbase Institutional team, which builds products for institutional customers (Coinbase Prime, Coinbase Advanced Trade, Custody, Commerce, Exchange). The Institutional, Settlements and Transfers team focuses on financial infrastructure for secure movement of funds across fiat, crypto, and internal ledgers.

  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills; ability to influence and drive change at all levels.

Nice to haves
