Architect and develop a mass market interface for digital currency apps by adding new functionality to existing cryptocurrencies such as staking, voting, and predicting.
Provide technical structure to teams while collaborating with management and stakeholders to define strategic roadmaps.
Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables leveraging technical expertise.
Mentor and train team members on design techniques and coding standards.
Design and implement foundational infrastructure components used by all engineering teams in production (e.g. dynamic configuration, secrets storage, container orchestration).

8+ years of experience in software engineering.
Proven experience architecting and developing solutions for ambiguous problems with significant impact.
Passionate about building an open financial system that unites the world.

Experience growing a company rapidly (from 10 to hundreds of engineers).
Experience with Blockchain technologies such as Bitcoin and Ethereum.
Experience decomposing large monoliths into microservices.
Familiarity with Golang, Ruby, Docker, Sinatra, Rails, and Postgres.
Experience building financial, high reliability, or security systems.
Crypto-forward experience, including interacting with Ethereum addresses, ENS, dApps, and blockchain-based services.
