NVIDIA is seeking a visionary leader to drive business partnerships in Quantum Computing. The role focuses on building and expanding NVIDIA’s ecosystem of quantum business partners, researchers, innovators, and customers. The aim is to accelerate quantum computing adoption, align NVIDIA's technology strategy with industry needs, and position NVIDIA as a leading partner in quantum technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic business development and ecosystem partnerships for NVIDIA's quantum initiatives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with quantum hardware companies, startups, cloud providers, academic institutions, and enterprise customers.
  • Identify and create opportunities to integrate NVIDIA platforms (CUDA Quantum, GPUs, DGX, networking) into quantum computing workflows.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and research teams to align technical roadmaps with partner and market needs.
  • Drive joint go-to-market initiatives, proofs-of-concept, and ecosystem programs that demonstrate real-world quantum value.
  • Represent NVIDIA at industry conferences, forums, and strategic customer engagements.
  • Provide market insights on trends, competitive landscape, and partnership opportunities to inform NVIDIA’s quantum strategy.

Requirements

  • 12+ years in business development, strategic partnerships, or ecosystem leadership in innovative technologies.
  • Strong understanding of quantum computing technologies, high-performance computing (HPC), and AI, and their potential applications.
  • Advanced degree or equivalent experience in Physics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven record of building and scaling partnerships in complex technical markets.
  • Strong communication skills and executive presence to interact effectively with senior collaborators across industry and academia.
  • Strategic problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, changing environment.

  • Deep connections in the quantum computing ecosystem (hardware vendors, startups, government labs, cloud providers).
  • Experience in high-performance computing, semiconductor, or AI industries.
  • Track record of successful joint go-to-market programs or commercialization of new technologies.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Base salary range: 184,000 USD - 299,000 USD (determined based on location, experience, and pay of employees in similar positions).
  • Eligibility for equity and company benefits.
