Information about the position

As a Systems Engineer, you’ll be joining the Vinted Go Network domain — a team focused on expanding and optimising Vinted’s shipping network operations. We build tools and systems that support a wide range of logistics and support processes, including partner and carrier operations, claim handling, and internal shipping workflows.

In this role, you'll help maintain and evolve the internal platforms we rely on to support our growing network. These include:

• ServiceNow (CSM Module), used to streamline operations such as shipping claim management, VCarrier operations, partner support and others.
• 8x8, our multichannel communication platform, used to support Vinted Go partners and members across various channels (voice, email).

You'll be part of a team that includes system engineers and a Product Manager. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders across logistics, operations, and customer support.

In this position, you’ll

• Own the administration, maintenance, and continuous development of ServiceNow and 8x8 systems.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve existing processes and workflows as well as establishing new ones.
• Identify opportunities to automate and optimise existing operations within the platforms.
• Collaborate with the team to plan and deliver new functionality.
• Monitor systems, resolve issues, and help ensure platform stability and performance.

About you

• You have a background in software development or system/platform administration.
• You’re eager to learn and grow — whether it’s diving deeper into ServiceNow, 8x8, or other tools (e.g. AI tools for support).
• You’re curious, resourceful, and able to independently drive tasks and projects forward.
• You value collaboration and enjoy working in a cross-functional team.
• You’re comfortable switching between different tools and focus areas.
• You communicate clearly in spoken and written English.
• Experience with ServiceNow or 8x8 is a bonus — but not a must. We’ll support your learning journey.

The salary range for this position is € 2,950 - € 3,983 gross per month.
