The Advanced Technology Group is looking for a highly motivated Systems Software Engineer - New College Grad to join our group. Do you have a proven software development background in advanced computational methods for advanced semiconductor manufacturing and design? Are you seen as a technical leader and an industry expert in several of the underlying fields, such as massively distributed computing, computational geometry, diffractive optics, and artificial intelligence? If yes, then we'd love to hear from you! The job requires creating strategy, driving industry-leading innovation, and working in lean teams to realize these strategies, from invention to production.

This role will be located in Hillsboro, Oregon.

Responsibilities

  • Work with technologists to build industry-leading advanced computational methods for semiconductor manufacturing and design.
  • Exploit the potential of the GPU to dramatically accelerate software solutions.
  • Help accelerate semiconductor yield and time to market by delivering high-impact software.

Requirements

  • Pursuing or recently completed an MS or PhD in Computer Science or Computer Engineering (or equivalent experience).
  • Research and/or industry experience is highly preferred.
  • A track record of innovation, for example by the invention of computer algorithms.
  • Experience in developing and delivering complex software solutions for enabling or improving semiconductor fabrication and design.
  • Familiarity or experience with fields such as massively distributed computing, computational geometry, diffractive optics, and artificial intelligence is desirable.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary ranges: 120,000 USD - 189,750 USD for Level 2; 148,000 USD - 235,750 USD for Level 3.
  • You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
