Responsibilities
- Develop real-time digital twins for NVIDIA exhibition areas at tier-one events by collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
- Accelerate physical event environment creation using digital twin technology with efficient workflows, prefab libraries, and processes for rapid iteration and high accuracy.
- Collaborate with creative directors, editors, technical artists, research scientists, engineers, and marketing to produce educational and visually compelling technology demonstrations and cinematic visualizations.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear visual narratives aligning creative goals with technical requirements.
- Prototype and optimize 3D pipelines by organizing and rendering data from various sources and formats for real-time and offline applications.
- Support live demonstrations by running, testing, and troubleshooting real-time demos in lab and event settings, ensuring stability and compatibility.
- Document and share actionable demo guidelines for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Continuously explore new technologies for potential demonstration use.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent experience).
- 8+ years in architectural, product, scientific visualization, games, VFX, feature films, animation, or related fields.
- Strong visual storytelling and aesthetic skills.
- Broad 3D generalist skills: shading, lighting, animation, rendering using SideFX Houdini, Autodesk Maya, 3ds Max, Blender, or Cinema 4D.
- Hands-on experience with real-time experience tools like Unreal Engine, Unity, Touch Designer, Notch.
- Proven ability in content pipelines including asset optimization, scene organization, asset libraries, I/O procedures, and version control.
- Familiarity with USD for 3D workflows.
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Ways to Stand Out
- Experience in architectural visualization or event production including physical model fabrication and CAD tools such as Autodesk AutoCAD, Revit, Vectorworks.
- Strong portfolio with work samples or showreel.
- Knowledge of appearance capture and acquisition techniques.
- Experience with scripting (e.g., Python) or graph-based tooling for automating workflows and content delivery.
- Enthusiasm for integrating new technologies including AI into creative workflows.
Compensation
Base salary range: $156,000 - $235,750 USD per year, dependent on location, experience, and comparable pay.
