The Product department focuses on creating world-leading cybersecurity products and works closely with technical, marketing and sales departments. The main goal is to take our products above and beyond using cutting edge technologies and help organizations resolve their security related problems.

Responsibilities

  • Write and edit user experience (UX) copy for products, applications, and web-based control panel.
  • Develop and maintain instructional manuals, how-to guides, and step-by-step documentation in the product Help Center.
  • Collaborate with marketing copywriters to align technical and marketing content for consistency and accuracy.
  • Take ownership of the Help Center platform, regularly reviewing and updating existing articles for accuracy, clarity, and user-friendliness.
  • Proactively offer improvements to enhance readability and usability of technical documentation.

Requirements

  • Experience working with web-based, software, or digital technology solutions.
  • Basic understanding of core UX writing principles, with eagerness to learn and develop expertise.
  • Proven ability to simplify complex concepts into clear, user-friendly language.
  • Strong collaborative skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent attention to detail with commitment to content accuracy, clarity, and quality.
  • Experience working with content management systems (CMS).

Bonus Points

  • Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts or products.
  • Previous experience as a technical copywriter.
  • Previous experience as a UX copywriter.
