Details

We are looking for a Technical Marketing Engineer passionate about genomics and life sciences to craft technical content demonstrating NVIDIA's accelerated computing platform. The role focuses on enabling genomics and bioinformatics researchers, developers, and DevOps engineers through video tutorials, technical blog posts, user guides, walk-throughs, demos, and workshops. You will collaborate with digital biology, genomics researchers, engineers, and product teams to develop and demonstrate NVIDIA advancements in WGS, RNA, and single-cell workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Develop demos, workshops, Jupyter notebooks, and tutorials to help developers build and accelerate genomics and bioinformatics workflows.
  • Partner with product, product marketing, engineering, and development teams to drive internal benchmarking and validation of GPU-accelerated genomics workflows.
  • Evangelize NVIDIA platforms (including Parabricks and RAPIDS-singlecell) to customers and the developer community.
  • Create documentation and training materials for partners, Solutions Architects, and internal collaborators — including whitepapers, blogs, and technical problem-solving sessions.
  • Engage with the external community to gather usability feedback and relay it to internal product teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Life Sciences, Bioinformatics, or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of meaningful work experience in software development, technical evangelism, technical marketing, or similar roles.
  • 3+ years of experience or deep domain expertise in life sciences, omics, and accelerated computing.
  • Hands-on software development experience deploying and scaling containerized workflows on cloud and on-prem environments.
  • Strong presentation skills for technical audiences and experience generating developer-focused content.
  • Ability to translate product vision into compelling demonstrations and to coordinate multiple initiatives and priorities.

Preferred / Ways to Stand Out

  • Background with NVIDIA GPUs and SDKs, especially NVIDIA Parabricks or RAPIDS platforms.
  • Experience with workflow languages such as Nextflow or WDL.
  • Experience adapting and deploying production omics workflows (e.g., next-generation sequencing, precision medicine).
  • Experience building and applying AI agents to streamline scientific workflows.
  • Published technical thought leadership on GitHub or other platforms.
