The role will focus on enabling genomics and bioinformatics researchers, developers, and DevOps engineers through video tutorials, technical blog posts, user guides, walk-throughs, and more. This material is essential for enabling researchers and developers to adopt and scale NVIDIA technology across ISVs, platforms, and instruments. Our Technical Marketing Engineers are drawn from outstanding developers and scientists who enjoy working with the latest in GPU hardware and NVIDIA acceleration software!

  • Evangelize and champion NVIDIA platforms (including Parabricks and RAPIDS-singlecell) to customers and the developer community.
  • Document knowledge and guide others: build targeted training for partners and internal collaborators, write whitepapers and blogs, and work through technical problems with customers.
  • Engage with the external community to provide usability feedback to internal teams to improve product capabilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Life Sciences, Bioinformatics or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of meaningful work experience in software development, technical evangelism, technical marketing, or similar roles.
  • 3+ years of experience or deep domain expertise in life sciences, omics, and accelerated computing.
  • Hands-on software development experience deploying and scaling containerized workflows on the cloud and on-prem.
  • Strength presenting to technical audiences and generating content for developers.
  • A keen sense for product vision and the ability to translate product value propositions into compelling demonstrations.
  • Strong time-management and organization skills for coordinating multiple initiatives and implementations of new technology and products into sophisticated solutions.

Preferred / Ways to stand out

  • Background with NVIDIA GPUs and SDKs, especially NVIDIA Parabricks or RAPIDS platforms.
  • Experience with workflow languages such as Nextflow or WDL.
  • Experience adapting and deploying production omics workflows for applications such as next-gen sequencing or precision medicine.
  • Experience building and applying AI Agents to streamline scientific workflows.
  • Published record of technical thought leadership on platforms such as GitHub.
