Brev is revolutionizing how developers build with AI. We're looking for an energetic, passionate Technical Product Manager who's ready to help us scale from startup to the next level. Responsibilities
- Own the developer experience end-to-end β from strategy to hands-on execution; you'll shape how thousands of developers interact with Brev.
- Drive the product roadmap β balance rapid iteration with strategic vision, using real developer feedback and market signals to prioritize what matters.
- Ship integrations that wow β work with cloud providers, AI platforms, and strategic partners to build seamless experiences that make developers' lives easier.
- Be the voice of our users β deeply understand developer pain points and translate them into product improvements that move metrics.
- Move fast and build momentum β in a high-growth startup environment, you'll need to prototype quickly, learn from users, and iterate relentlessly.
Requirements
- High developer empathy β you've built software yourself and genuinely understand what makes developers tick.
- 5+ years Technical Product Management experience.
- Technical depth β comfortable with APIs, SDKs, cloud infrastructure (IaaS/PaaS/SaaS), and the modern developer toolchain.
- Proven builder β 3+ years shipping software, platforms, or infrastructure products from 0β1 or scaling them 1β10.
- Integration expertise β experience designing patterns and architectures for third-party integrations and creative problem-solving.
- Fearless and resourceful β you know how to make things happen with limited resources and aren't afraid to get your hands dirty.
- Strong communicator β can rally internal teams, partners, and community around a shared vision.
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Ways to stand out
- Deep knowledge of the AI/ML ecosystem β LLMs, agents, generative AI workflows, GPU infrastructure.
- Experience with NVIDIA technologies and tools.
- Actively contributing to developer communities or projects.
- Track record of working in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments.
- Ability to simplify sophisticated technical concepts and make hard tradeoffs.
Compensation & Benefits
Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is:
- Level 3: 144,000 USD - 218,500 USD
- Level 4: 168,000 USD - 258,750 USD
