The team partners across Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, Finance, Support, Data, and Engineering to design systems and workflows for customer acquisition, lifecycle activation, and operational scale.

This role will drive strategy, alignment, prioritization, and execution for GTM systems across Salesforce and adjacent platforms. The Technical Product Manager will partner with GTM Systems Engineering, Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing, Data, and Enterprise Platform teams to operationalize workflows supporting lead capture, enrichment, routing, activation, prospecting, and pipeline generation.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive top-of-funnel GTM systems initiatives across Lead-to-Opportunity (LtO), enrichment orchestration, prospecting workflows, lifecycle activation, routing, and sales engagement operations.
  • Partner with stakeholders and engineering teams to identify operational pain points, define scalable solutions, evaluate technical tradeoffs, and execute across Salesforce and adjacent GTM platforms.
  • Align cross-functional stakeholders across GTM, Revenue Operations, Marketing, Finance, Security, Legal, Data, and Enterprise Platform teams while driving execution cadence, prioritization, and delivery visibility.
  • Help operationalize AI-native GTM workflows by defining scalable automation, orchestration, agentic workflows, and human-in-the-loop processes across the customer acquisition lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of Lead-to-Opportunity (LtO) workflows, GTM systems, and data enrichment ecosystems supporting modern sales organizations.
  • Experience working across Salesforce, Marketing Automation platforms, enrichment providers, Sales Engagement tooling, routing engines, and adjacent GTM systems.
  • Familiarity with attribution flows, MQL/SQL lifecycle management, deduplication, territory assignment, lead routing, sequencing orchestration, and data normalization at scale.
  • Proven ability to drive complex cross-functional initiatives from discovery and stakeholder alignment through execution and operationalization.
  • Strong technical fluency across APIs, integrations, event-driven architectures, enterprise SaaS ecosystems, and Salesforce platform capabilities.
  • Experience partnering closely with Engineering, Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Security, and Enterprise Platform teams.
  • Experience operating within SOX/SOC2-controlled environments with strong understanding of SDLC, QA, release management, and operational governance.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate priorities, tradeoffs, risks, and execution plans.

Nice to Have

  • Ability to independently reason through technical system design, integration dependencies, and operational tradeoffs alongside engineering teams.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce platform architecture, automation patterns, APIs, and event-driven workflows.
  • Experience working within AI-native, high-growth, or highly ambiguous operating environments.
  • Exposure to global go-to-market operations, territory models, and regional business processes.
  • Ability to operate scrappily and iteratively while maintaining a strong bias toward scalability, governance, and long-term maintainability.

Compensation

  • Compensation Range: $216K - $240K USD
