We are looking for a strong and technical program manager to drive and deliver the Enterprise software releases. This position will give you the best opportunity to showcase your strong program management experience and knowledge of Generative AI innovations, Large Language Models (LLMs) and traditional machine learning (ML). Our work at NVIDIA is dedicated towards a computing model passionate about visual and AI computing. The GPU has also shown to be astonishingly effective at solving some of the most sophisticated problems in computer science. You will collaborate closely with teams, including engineering and product management for execution and alignment with organizational objectives. In partnership with such diverse stakeholders, you will be responsible for developing robust processes that ensure the successful execution and timely delivering of the software products. Inspect and assess projects’ health; provide input for corrections needed or help raise up issues for quick resolution. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing requirements and have experience in large & complex program management. Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently are critical.
Responsibilities
- Drive release planning and collaborate with Engineering and Product teams distributed across time zones.
- Ensure overall consistency and coherence of specifications; set quality standards and drive quality output for software releases.
- Objectively assess what is working well and what needs improvement as new processes are developed.
- Ensure systems are in place to manage product feedback from customers and internal stakeholders.
- Promote a positive environment across the organization by modeling behavior that promotes good morale.
- Stay current with the state of the art in AI and scientific computing ecosystems.
- Lead a mix of infrastructure, full-stack, and AI/ML solutions; create an inclusive team culture and provide technical vision and execution energy.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, implement standard methodologies, drive efficiency gains, and enhance performance.
Requirements
- 5+ years proven track record in technical program management or related roles; 3+ years of this experience should include engineering (coding) and machine learning/deep learning software architecture and frameworks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or other technical field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience leading programs building software products using AI technologies.
- Deep hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and up-to-speed knowledge on generative-AI advancements.
- Detailed knowledge of software engineering principles; experience with industry-standard configuration management tools, productivity tools, and process automation.
- Demonstrated ability to creatively resolve issues and resource conflicts; ability to think strategically and tactically and build consensus to make programs successful.
- Excellent knowledge of theory and practice of Generative AI and Large Language Models and specific experience with NVIDIA GPUs and software libraries.
- Strong written and oral communication skills; able to multitask effectively with minimal direction and cultivate teamwork among technical and non-technical members.
- Proven track record of delivering complex products to customers in dynamic environments with shifting priorities.
Benefits
- Base salary range: 132,000 USD - 207,000 USD (determined based on location, experience, and pay of employees in similar positions).
