NVIDIA is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead projects related to security reporting and security data management. This role sits at the intersection of program execution, data engineering, security analytics, and enterprise compliance — building and scaling reporting infrastructure and the underlying security data to enable secure, data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop and lead end-to-end technical product solutions and ensure on-time delivery.
- Build and drive programs that optimize data governance, security telemetry ingestion, and reporting automation.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and security teams to define architecture, requirements, and roadmap for security data reporting and data management.
- Lead efforts to standardize and automate security data collection, access, management, and reporting across teams, capabilities, and services.
- Translate security and compliance requirements into actionable data engineering and reporting use cases.
- Coordinate and conduct internal assessments to validate data integrity, access controls, and reporting accuracy.
- Develop and maintain documentation, metrics, and dashboards to support internal and external stakeholders.
- Drive communication around planning, milestones, issues, and risks to stakeholders.
Requirements
- BS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field — or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of experience driving multi-functional programs involving data pipelines, security controls, and compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, NIST, ISO 27001).
- Experience handling technical programs in cloud data platforms, security analytics, or enterprise reporting.
- Hands-on experience with reporting platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Domo, Looker).
- Hands-on experience with cloud-native data tools (e.g., Databricks, BigQuery, Snowflake, Cloudera).
- Demonstrable ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and deliver results in fast-paced environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-first approach.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts for various audiences.
Ways to stand out
- Experience building or leading a Security Data Lake or centralized telemetry platform.
- Familiarity with security data formats (e.g., Syslog, JSON).
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, PgMP, PMP, SPC, CSM, MPM, Six Sigma or similar.
- Passion for scalable data architecture, automation, and security innovation.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary ranges provided by level:
- Level 4: 160,000 USD - 253,000 USD
- Level 5: 192,000 USD - 304,750 USD
