As a Platform Support Specialist at ING Hubs Slovakia, your daily work will be the foundation on which ING builds the rest of our services in pursuit of this purpose. You will be providing broad-ranging support to users to troubleshoot and resolve issues across the organizations’ applications. Responsibilities
- Resolving tickets regarding technical questions and issues which occurred in the tools
- Actively supporting the customer in all aspects from problem to resolution
- Testing and reproducing errors in the tool, analyzing defects in the tool
- Troubleshooting and solving existing problems/assessing new problems
- Create and maintain documentation, Working place instructions (WPIs), manuals etc.
- Build expertise and knowledge in specific application modules and provide guidance to day-to-day users
- Actively communicate and coordinate with different support teams to ensure a smooth customer experience

Requirements
- Active use of English

- Working experience with Salesforce or other CRM is a huge advantage
