Join our team, where we support approximately 180 development teams in implementing and optimizing a self-developed generic data layer. As a senior technical web analytics specialist, you'll play a crucial role in building front-end solutions and leveraging AI technologies to advance our processes. Responsibilities
- Support a wide range of stakeholders in implementing and optimizing a generic data layer.
- Ensure accurate and efficient implementation of pixels for campaigns run by e-commerce and brand teams.
- Ensure the data layer supports and tracks new functionalities across web and app applications.
- Develop scalable front-end solutions.
- Explore and apply AI to improve processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to data layer implementation or analytics tracking.
- Identify and mitigate risks in data tracking or pixel implementation.
- Document best practices and create implementation guidelines for different teams.
- Keep up-to-date with trends in web analytics, AI, and front-end technologies.
Working environment
- Small, close-knit team (5-6 people) with an informal and friendly atmosphere.
- Hyperspecialists in front-end development, tag management, and web analytics tooling within the team.
- Dedicated team day at the office; flexibility to organise the rest of the workweek.
- Part of the Customer Interaction & Hyper-personalisation grid focusing on data collection, audience building, personalization, and app development.

Requirements
Soft skills
- Ability to bridge the gap between use cases and technical capabilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork and facilitation.
- Excellent analytical and technical abilities.
- Curious and eager learner.
Hard skills
- Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with JavaScript.
- Familiarity with Marketing Automation solutions, paid media, analytics platforms, and customer data platforms.
- Proven experience with tag management solutions (e.g., Tealium).
- Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics 360.
- Experience implementing Paid Advertising tools: Google Ads and DV360.
- Proficiency with Social Advertising platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn) and their implementation.
- Experience implementing pixels and tracking across web and app platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, or Marketing).
- Experience with cloud-based data solutions is a plus.
