TMS Data Analyst

NVIDIA is looking for a TMS Data Analyst with strong analytical skills to join their Global Supply Chain team. This position involves using Transportation Management Systems along with other data capture and management tools like SAP and Data Bricks to enhance global logistics, maintain data accuracy, and support NVIDIA’s advanced technologies. The role intersects logistics, data science, and automation to streamline transportation execution for sophisticated computing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize transportation data in TMS (e.g., SAP TM, Oracle OTM), ensuring accuracy across rates, lanes, and carriers
• Monitor and validate incoming logistics data from EDI 214, 210, 110, and EDIFACT feeds for completeness, timeliness, and accuracy
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to identify patterns, reduce delays, and improve freight performance
• Design and automate insightful dashboards and reports to communicate shipment stories
• Analyze data to uncover cost savings, performance gaps, and new opportunities by resolving data inconsistencies
• Support system upgrades, testing, and user adoption hands-on
• Contribute to logistics automation and innovation projects

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience with TMS platforms and logistics data
• Strong observation skills and commitment to problem-solving
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Tableau or Power BI
• Good communication and collaboration skills to share actionable data insights

Ways to Stand Out

• Experience with global freight modes (parcel, LTL, TL, ocean, air)
• Familiarity with semiconductor, electronics, or high-tech manufacturing environments
• Python or automation experience
• Exposure to Lean Six Sigma or continuous improvement methodologies
