As a UX Design Lead, you will identify and explore the problem space — from up-front research and insights through ideation, prototyping and development. You will tackle complicated problems, rally support across product areas, and help envision enterprise solutions powered by AI.
Responsibilities
- Lead creative efforts in the design and re-design of impactful product experiences across product offerings.
- Design through wireframes, visuals, and prototypes at different levels of fidelity.
- Contribute to and guide product vision, roadmap, requirements, user pain points and iterative development.
- Participate in upfront user research to understand user needs and behaviors, and perform usability testing.
- Create strategic design deliverables such as customer journeys and visions of future experiences; evangelize them across teams.
- Plan and facilitate ideation and alignment workshops with stakeholders using design thinking.
- Bring user-centric perspectives to product discussions and establish end-to-end design strategy.
- Advocate for accessibility guidelines and inclusive design practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in User Experience Design or equivalent experience (graduate degree in Computer Science, MBA or related product management fields preferred).
- 12+ years of experience as a Product Designer, shipping customer- or employee-facing products in collaboration with engineers, designers, and data scientists with measurable business impact.
- Minimum of 7 years (or equivalent) solving problems for enterprise software with demonstrated systems thinking to understand how products and services work together.
- Prior collaboration within design teams and cross-functionally with product managers and software engineers.
- Advanced skills in Interaction Design, Visual/UI Design, User Experience Research, UX Writing, and Prototyping.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, frameworks such as React, and mobile UI standards.
- Ability to demonstrate how technical constraints and opportunities informed design solutions and to direct planning and structuring of work to meet goals.
- Experience understanding business value and product strategy to drive successful design outcomes and metrics.

Compensation and benefits
Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and pay of employees in similar positions. Base salary ranges provided in the posting:
- Level 5: 208,000 USD - 327,750 USD
- Level 6: 240,000 USD - 379,500 USD
You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
