We’re seeking a curious and determined UX Researcher to join our UX research team and play an active role in shaping product success. Strong initiative, adaptability, and the ability to connect user understanding with product and business outcomes are key to thriving in this role. Workplace: Hybrid. Primary location: Vilnius; additional location: Kaunas.

Responsibilities

  • Initiate, plan and conduct end-to-end research—designing studies, engaging with participants, analyzing results, and sharing meaningful insights.
  • Deliver timely, actionable insights in clear, engaging, and reusable formats to inspire and inform teams across the organization.
  • Ensure research insights actively shape decisions, becoming a lasting part of how we build products.
  • Balance strategic and tactical research, aiming to add strategic dimension to tactical work.
  • Support and empower non-researchers to do research, providing guidance and encouragement along the way.
  • Build strong relationships across teams as a proactive, curious, and involved team member.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in UX research, particularly in qualitative methods with a focus on digital applications.
  • Ability to think holistically about user flows and journeys, understanding how individual interactions fit into the whole user lifecycle.
  • Proactive and curious mindset, with the ability to take ownership and push forward, navigate uncertainty and shifting priorities.
  • Skilled in linking research to product and business goals and outcomes.
  • Passion to elevate research beyond dry presentations and reports — seeing insight sharing as an opportunity to inspire, using visual storytelling, interactive formats, and stakeholder involvement to ensure findings drive real change.

Bonus Points

  • Portfolio or case studies that showcase your process, approach, and impact in previous projects.
  • Interest and experience in building ResearchOps (e.g., participant panels, research repositories).
  • Experience in empowering non-researchers to do research.
  • Enthusiasm for experimenting with new tools, methods, or approaches that make research more effective and closer to decision-making.

Salary

  • Gross Salary: 2,900 - 4,900 EUR per month (gross). Equivalent annual range: 34,800 - 58,800 EUR per year (gross).
