Role overview

Join Saily’s Product Design team to design engaging web experiences for our eSIM product targeted at travelers. This role is hybrid (Warsaw) and sits within the Saily product design team, focused on web UX/UI and conversion-driven product pages.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging web pages that enhance conversion rates and ensure a seamless experience across our website
• Deliver data-driven solutions aligned with business needs
• Maintain and expand the design system in a strategic and sustainable way
• Analyze current website patterns and flows and proactively suggest web UX/UI improvements to drive innovation, consistency, clarity and ease of use for end users
• Work closely with engineers, web content managers, copywriters, graphic designers, SEO managers, data analytics and other stakeholders for cross-team collaborations
• Suggest new ideas for improving the user experience

Requirements

• Proven experience in web design with a portfolio showcasing expertise in creating engaging web pages
• Proficiency in Figma; staying up-to-date with the latest features and implementing them to optimize processes
• Experience working with design systems
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating pixel-perfect UI and intuitive user experiences
• Ability to autonomously and proactively identify problems and opportunities and implement improvements
• Experience with A/B testing solutions
• Great communication and presentation skills, critical thinking, and the ability to rationalize design choices and their impact on growth metrics to stakeholders
• Ability to work independently, prioritize workloads, and maintain a strong sense of ownership
• A collaborative mindset and a true team player
• Fluency in English

Salary

• Gross salary: 21,100 - 27,100 PLN per month
