You will help people stay securely connected wherever they go by designing engaging web experiences that drive conversions and deliver clear, consistent, and delightful user interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging web pages that enhance conversion rates and ensure a seamless experience across the website
• Deliver data-driven solutions aligned with business needs
• Maintain and expand the design system in a strategic and sustainable way
• Analyze current website patterns and flows and proactively suggest UX/UI improvements to drive innovation, consistency, clarity and ease of use for end users
• Work closely with engineers, web content managers, copywriters, graphic designers, SEO managers, data analytics and other stakeholders for cross-team collaborations
• Suggest new ideas for improving the user experience

Requirements

• Proven experience in web design with a portfolio showcasing expertise in creating engaging web pages
• Proficiency in Figma and ability to adopt new Figma features to optimize workflows
• Experience working with design systems
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating pixel-perfect UI and intuitive user experiences
• Ability to autonomously and proactively identify problems and opportunities and implement improvements
• Experience with A/B testing solutions
• Strong communication and presentation skills; able to rationalize design choices and their impact on growth metrics to stakeholders
• Ability to work independently, prioritize workloads, and maintain a strong sense of ownership
• A collaborative mindset and a team player attitude
• Fluency in English
