Responsibilities

  • Create engaging web pages that enhance conversion rates and ensure a seamless experience across the website.
  • Deliver data-driven solutions aligned with business needs.
  • Maintain and expand the design system in a strategic and sustainable way.
  • Analyze current website patterns and flows and proactively suggest web UX/UI improvements to drive innovation, consistency, clarity and ease of use for end users.
  • Work closely with engineers, web content managers, copywriters, graphic designers, SEO managers, data analytics and other stakeholders for cross-team collaborations.
  • Suggest new ideas for improving the user experience.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in web design with a portfolio showcasing expertise in creating engaging web pages.
  • Proficiency in Figma and staying up-to-date with the latest feature releases to optimize processes.
  • Experience working with design systems.
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating pixel-perfect UI and intuitive user experiences.
  • Ability to autonomously and proactively identify problems and opportunities and implement improvements.
  • Experience with A/B testing solutions.
  • Great communication and presentation skills, critical thinking, and the ability to rationalize design choices and their impact on growth metrics to stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize workloads, and maintain a strong sense of ownership.
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with all stakeholder groups; a true team player.
  • Fluency in English.

Compensation

  • Gross salary: 3,100 - 6,000 EUR / month (gross).
