Responsibilities
- Create engaging web pages that enhance conversion rates and ensure a seamless experience across the website
- Deliver data-driven solutions aligned with business needs
- Maintain and expand the design system in a strategic and sustainable way
- Analyze current website patterns and flows and proactively suggest web UX/UI improvements to drive innovation, consistency, clarity and ease of use for end users
- Work closely with engineers, web content managers, copywriters, graphic designers, SEO managers, data analytics and other stakeholders for cross-team collaborations
- Suggest new ideas for improving the user experience
Requirements
- Proven experience in web design with a portfolio showcasing expertise in creating engaging web pages
- Proficiency in Figma, staying up-to-date with latest feature releases and implementing them to optimize processes
- Experience working with design systems
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating pixel-perfect UI and intuitive user experiences
- Ability to autonomously and proactively identify problems and opportunities and implement improvements
- Experience with A/B testing solutions
- Great communication and presentation skills, critical thinking, and the ability to rationalize design choices and their impact on growth metrics to stakeholders
- Ability to work independently, prioritize workloads, and maintain a strong sense of ownership
- A collaborative mindset; ability to work effectively with all stakeholder groups
- Fluency in English

- Gross salary: 3100 - 3800 EUR / month (gross)
- Annual equivalent: 37,200 - 45,600 EUR (gross)
