Responsibilities

  • Design web and growth design solutions that enhance user engagement and interaction, ensuring a seamless experience across the platform.
  • Collaborate with marketing and development teams to align web designs with brand identity, business objectives, and growth targets to boost user engagement and conversions.
  • Work closely with other UI/UX Designers, UX Researchers, and Design System designers.
  • Conduct A/B testing to understand audience behavior and preferences, transforming insights into actionable design improvements.
  • Advocate for design and excellence; present and rationalize design choices and their impact on growth metrics to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven experience in web design with a portfolio that showcases expertise in creating engaging web environments.
  • Proficiency in Figma.
  • Exceptional visual and interaction design skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating intuitive user experiences.
  • Commitment to aligning design with business objectives and user needs.
  • A collaborative mindset; ability to work closely with data analytics, content managers, copywriters and developers to ensure design fidelity and implementation.
  • Comfortable conducting A/B tests and using test insights to iterate on designs.
  • Quick learner, adaptable to new technologies and evolving project requirements; open to feedback for growth and improvement.
  • Excellent communication skills; fluent in English.
