The Design Team is a dynamic, multidisciplinary group of product designers, UX/UI designers, UX researchers, UX writers, and graphic designers. We're building the future of digital freedom across our cybersecurity suite products, such as NordVPN, NordPass, Saily & NordProtect. We aim to simplify the complex world of cybersecurity for everyone. We are looking for a UX/UI designer to help create an engaging web presence for nordvpn.com to boost user acquisition and satisfaction. Your work will focus on designing visually compelling, conversion-focused e-commerce experiences that build user trust. You will collaborate closely with the Growth team (Growth Manager, CRO Specialists, Data Analysts), copywriters, engineers, content managers and graphic designers to bring landing pages live.

Responsibilities

  • Design web and growth design solutions that enhance user engagement and interaction, ensuring a seamless experience across the platform.
  • Collaborate with marketing and development teams to align web designs with brand identity, business objectives, and growth targets; boost user engagement and conversions through cohesive, user-centric strategies.
  • Work closely with other UI/UX Designers, UX Researchers, and Design System designers.
  • Conduct A/B testing to understand audience behavior and preferences, transforming insights into actionable design improvements.
  • Advocate for design and excellence; present and rationalize design choices and their impact on growth metrics to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven experience in web design, with a portfolio that showcases expertise in creating engaging web environments.
  • Proficiency in Figma.
  • Exceptional visual and interaction design skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating intuitive user experiences.
  • Commitment to aligning design with business objectives and user needs.
  • A collaborative mindset; ability to work closely with data analytics, content managers and developers to ensure design fidelity and implementation.
  • A quick learner, adaptable to new technologies and evolving project requirements; open to feedback for growth and improvement.
  • Excellent communication skills; fluent in English.

Salary

Gross salary: 3,100 - 6,000 EUR / Month.
