Information about the position

The Workplace Experience Team is dedicated to creating diverse and flexible work environments across Vinted offices, warehouses, and verification centres. Our mission is to empower employees to choose the most suitable working approach tailored to their needs - whether that’s working from physical office spaces, enjoying amenities like office cafeterias and lounges, or utilising remote workplaces at home or coworking spaces in various locations. We actively support hybrid working models by integrating essential tools and infrastructure to foster productivity and connection.

As a Workplace Experience Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations and facilities management for our warehouses across multiple locations in France, as well as a small office. In this role, you will work closely with other members of the Workplace Experience Team to ensure Vinted’s facilities and operational standards are consistently applied. You will also collaborate with VintedGo stakeholders and warehouse management teams to understand the specific needs of each location, implement necessary changes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

In this position, you’ll

  • Fully manage day-to-day facilities operations, ensuring cleanliness and maintaining adequate supplies (e.g., snacks, office supplies, cleaning, pest control, etc.).
  • Oversee warehouse and workplace operations, addressing location-specific challenges as they arise.
  • Manage vendor relationships, including negotiating contracts, fostering partnerships, and driving continuous improvements.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Operations, People, Finance, Legal, IT and others.
  • Plan and oversee yearly budgets, monitor spending, and make operational decisions.
  • Organise inclusive and engaging events that strengthen workplace culture.
  • Contribute to Workplace Experience projects by gathering and analysing data to enhance the employee experience.
  • Support the opening of new locations by coordinating setup and ensuring smooth operations.
  • Onboard new employees, communicate updates across locations and collect employee feedback.
  • Be ready for frequent travel across France as part of the role.

About you

  • Is fluent in both French and English (mandatory).
  • Has prior experience in workplace, facilities management, or employee experience - ideally in warehouse environments. Strong knowledge of warehouse operations is a big plus, even without direct workplace management experience.
  • Possesses strong skills in budget planning, event organisation, and vendor management.
  • Is proactive, highly independent, and detail-oriented, with exceptional time management and communication abilities.
  • Demonstrates adaptability with a positive mindset.
  • Willingness to travel extensively to VintedGo’s warehouses in Lille and Lyon, with Paris as the main work location

Work perks

  • A Vinted stock option program
  • 25 days of annual leave
  • Mental well-being support (Mindletic and Employee Assistance Program)
  • Supplemental health insurance
  • Meal voucher card (Ticket Restaurant)
