The Web Design team is responsible for creating an engaging web presence to boost user acquisition and satisfaction. By identifying and characterizing issues, the team designs solutions ranging from technical to human-centered methods. Work focuses on crafting visually striking, user-friendly websites for Nord Security family B2B products (NordLayer, NordPass, NordStellar) and collaborating closely with Marketing, copywriters, web content managers, graphic designers and engineers.
Responsibilities
- Create engaging web pages that enhance conversion rates and ensure a seamless experience across our websites.
- Deliver data-driven solutions aligned with business needs.
- Maintain and expand the design systems in a strategic and sustainable way.
- Analyze current website patterns and flows and proactively suggest web UX/UI improvements to drive innovation, consistency, clarity and ease of use for end users.
- Work closely with product managers, engineers, web content managers, copywriters, graphic designers, SEO managers, data analytics and other stakeholders for cross-team collaborations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in web design, with a portfolio that showcases expertise in creating engaging web pages.
- Proficiency in Figma (up-to-date with newest feature releases and able to implement them at work for process optimization).
- Experience working with design systems.
- User research and/or prototyping experience is a plus.
- A keen eye for detail, passion for creating pixel-perfect UI and intuitive user experience.
- Ability to autonomously and proactively identify problems and opportunities and execute improvements.
- Experience with analytic tools (for example, Hotjar) or A/B testing tools.
- Experience working with B2B/SaaS products is a plus.
- Great communication and presentation skills; ability to rationalize design choices and their impact on growth metrics to stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize workload and have a strong sense of ownership.
- A collaborative mindset and a true team player.
- Fluent English.
Salary
- Gross Salary: 3100-6000 EUR / month (as listed).
