NVIDIA is looking for outstanding Software Development Engineers to join our Networking Software engineering team, developing drivers, protocols and applications to deliver high efficiency and lowest latency with low CPU utilization. Work targets Linux/Android/Windows platforms. If Wi‑Fi and Bluetooth excite you, this team focuses on architecting, crafting, developing and verifying innovative solutions for real products.
Responsibilities
- Architect and craft solutions for real world products and problems.
- Participate in all aspects of software development and collaborate with partners and collaborators.
- Work on architecture, design, coding, production, verification and certifications.
Requirements
- BS/MS in Computer Science/Engineering (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of meaningful work experience.
- Strong coding, debugging and performance tuning skills.
- Experience programming in C.
- Good knowledge of Wi‑Fi and Bluetooth (BT).
- Understanding of network protocols is desired.
- Proficiency in English and clear communication skills.
- Familiarity with certification test suites such as WHQL, WFA, BTsig, FCC, CTS, VTS.
Ways to stand out
- Wi‑Fi/BT and driver knowledge for Linux and Windows environments.
- Prior experience working with Android systems.
- Bluetooth LE Audio experience.
- Knowledge of newer Wi‑Fi standards such as Wi‑Fi 6E/7.
- Platform knowledge for debug/bringup, PCIe debug, and audio routing for Bluetooth.
Compensation & Benefits
Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary ranges provided:
- Level 2: 120,000 USD - 189,750 USD
- Level 3: 148,000 USD - 235,750 USD
You will also be eligible for equity and benefits (see NVIDIA benefits page).
