XR Developer Relations Manager

NVIDIA Extended Reality (XR) team is searching for world-class talent to manage our Enterprise partner alliances in Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR). The team works across NVIDIA’s professional businesses to identify and grow XR partnerships and drive the use of NVIDIA technology throughout the XR partner ecosystem. The role requires partnership management, customer management, business development skills, and the technical depth to understand partner needs and align them with NVIDIA objectives.

Responsibilities

• Identify, cultivate, and manage relationships within the XR ecosystem to increase adoption of NVIDIA XR and AI technology.
• Deeply understand XR roadmap and lead technical engagements and discussions.
• Resolve and distill feedback from partners into actionable strategies for product management and engineering.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth in the XR industry.
• Identify and collaborate on customer success stories, webinars, blogs, events and marketing opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Sales.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years of related work experience.
• Expert ability to manage a diverse partner portfolio, strategically prioritizing relationships and defining joint initiatives.
• Keen understanding of XR and AI hardware and software technologies and familiarity with both consumer and enterprise markets and business applications.
• Passion for GPU technologies, including VR, AR, and AI, with experience using SDKs and other developer tools.
• Demonstrated hands-on ability to dive deep into sophisticated software systems to understand architecture and core functionality and translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven success in highly cross-functional roles and strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Experience commercializing innovation and driving technologies from concept to market launch in startups or large enterprises.

Ways to stand out

• Track record helping partners embrace new technology from beachhead use cases through early scaling.
• Strong visual product storytelling skills for presenting sophisticated ideas clearly.
• Comfortable crafting simple XR mockups or prototype concepts to communicate ideas with developers.
• Direct experience with, or understanding of, robotics, automation, or physical-AI ecosystems.
• Comfortable with ~10% travel for events, press tours, and partner meetings.

Compensation & Other Details

• Base salary range: 184,000 USD - 299,000 USD (determined based on location, experience, and pay of employees in similar positions).
• You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.

• Location: Santa Clara, CA, United States. Travel ~10%.
