Details

This internship provides an opportunity to assist with the development and implementation of asset-liability management (ALM) models. The candidate will work closely with the ALM team to support financial projections and scenario analysis for various asset products.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain ALM models, including data input, model calibration, and scenario analysis.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop behavioral models capturing customer behavior over time.
  • Conduct sensitivity analysis and stress testing of ALM models to assess risk factors.
  • Analyze results with the team to identify potential risks or opportunities.
  • Prepare presentations and reports for internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Currently in the final year of a degree in Econometrics, Quantitative Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Must maintain student status during the internship.
  • Available for at least 6 months.
  • Enrolled at a Dutch university (non-EU citizens must be at Dutch institutions due to visa restrictions).
  • Familiarity with financial modeling techniques.
  • Proficient in coding, preferably Python.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
