The tribe People & growth is responsible for improving employee engagement to build a high performing organization based on user centric, highly digitalized products, -services and -processes. The tribe Work & Health is dedicated to make the place we work a key attribute of working for Rabobank. You & your role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Azure DevOps Champion with a growth mindset and the drive to let the organization flourish. Will you help support CHRO at Rabobank in transforming to become and stay faster, more value-driven and deliver more effectively? And are you able to do that by helping us make the Azure DevOps both the single point of truth for our backlogs as well as making it a smooth running tool for our Squads and developers?

Within Rabobank’s Agile scaling framework ‘Simplify@Scale’ we use Azure DevOps for backlog management as well as for running repo’s and pipelines. From Business Leads, Scrum Masters and Product Owners to Developers; you support on what is needed to further proper and effective use of Azure DevOps. You also maintain and manage the tooling, projects, pipelines etc. Currently these activities are performed in a scattered way by best effort of especially Scrum Masters and Developers and you will need to consolidate, streamline and optimize the activities.

You will work closely with a small team of Agile Coaches. Besides knowledge of Azure DevOps, you also possess substantial knowledge of Agile processes and scaling those effectively, making you a competent discussion partner on each level in the Tribes.

You and your talent

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field.
• At least 3 to 5 years working experience in Agile projects.
• You are pro-active, hands on and have a practical mindset.
• Able to support teams through Onboarding or Migration to new projects and technologies.
• Excellent problem solver and critical thinker, with prudent risk awareness.
• Comfortable in everchanging environment and skilled networker.
• Presentation skills, preferable experience in giving workshop and training.
• Able to write to-the-point and accessible documentation.
• You believe in delivering the value not just completing the tasks.

Your (technical) qualifications

• Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Administrator, Azure Developer, Azure DevOps Engineer)
• Azure DevOps Knowledge:
• Azure DevOps Configuration / Administration
• Azure DevOps Permission Structure
• Azure DevOps CI/CD
• Azure DevOps Command Line Interface
• Azure DevOps PowerShell Interface

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with the Azure DevOps Rest API Specification
• Familiarity with Microsoft Graph API Rest Specification
• Experience in Developing Azure DevOps Extension
• Familiarity with Azure Service Offerings:
• Azure Functions
• Storage Tables and Storage Accounts
• Log Analytics
• Azure Event Grid
• Azure Active Directory
• Azure Power BI
