The team is expanding to offer more complex knowledge work in design and consultancy roles with a vision to centralize processing activities to harmonize and standardize products and processes, delivering outstanding client experiences.

The Intelligent Automation team accelerates identification, analysis, and execution of intelligent automation activities to improve banking operations worldwide in efficiency, consistency, and quality.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and document business processes to identify intelligent automation and AI opportunities.
  • Collaborate globally with stakeholders to gather business needs and define current and target process states.
  • Prepare detailed documentation such as business cases and process definition documents (PDD).
  • Promote automation initiatives by identifying opportunities for efficiency gains.
  • Work closely with developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Provide ad-hoc reports to senior management on progress of high-priority automation cases.
  • Recommend changes to operating models ensuring seamless implementation of automation solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Over 2 years experience in business analysis and process improvement, especially in intelligent automation projects/programs.
  • Proficiency with market-leading intelligent automation tools including RPA, intelligent document processing (IDP), natural language processing (NLP), AI/ML, rapid application building, and process mining.
  • Experience creating process flow diagrams with BPMN tooling.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to interface between stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies.
  • Service-oriented, innovative work style with entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Fluent in English.
