As a Business Developer in the Non-Financial Risk Business Grid (NFRBG), you will help drive the bankβs ambition to strengthen privacy risk management. You will work closely with the Privacy Office, Compliance, Privacy Program, Privacy CoE, In Control Monitoring Center (ICMC) and other stakeholders, and contribute to the enhancement and implementation of the OneTrust platform β leveraging its capabilities in privacy risk management, data mapping, incident management, and regulatory compliance automation.
You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve processes and IT solutions that support secure, compliant, and future-proof data handling. Your role is key in shaping how the bank responds to data breaches, manages privacy risks, and meets evolving regulatory expectations.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Privacy Office, Privacy CoE, Privacy Program, ICMC, Compliance, stakeholders and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable features and user stories.
- Design, improve, and implement products, processes, and systems that support privacy risk management.
- Translate product and process improvements into concrete value propositions, backlog work items and end-to-end solutions.
- Advise internal and external stakeholders, build support for proposals, and confidently present solutions to drive change.
- Develop sustainable, forward-looking solutions using technologies such as (Gen) AI, machine learning, and big data.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to inform short- and long-term planning.

Requirements / Your profile
- 5 to 7 years of work experience in relevant fields such as (business) analysis, design, development, testing, or DevOps.
- Experience working in an agile environment (Scrum) and collaborating in multidisciplinary English-speaking teams.
- Extensive knowledge of global privacy frameworks and laws (e.g., GDPR) and trends in privacy and risk management.
- Proven GDPR expertise and a strong grasp of privacy risk management, including data breaches and privacy risk related assessments.
- Experience working with the OneTrust privacy platform is a major plus; experience with other low-code applications is also relevant.
- Ability to translate privacy requirements into solutions and to liaise/collaborate effectively with stakeholders and teams.
- Results-oriented, delivery mindset, comfortable working outside comfort zone, proactive, and able to convince stakeholders and management.
- Bonus: certifications like CIPP/E or other privacy/compliance credentials.
Qualifications and skills (explicit)

- Agile/Scrum experience.
- Extensive knowledge of GDPR and global privacy frameworks.
- OneTrust experience or relevant low-code tooling experience.

- Position: Business Developer III (Hay 10).
- Salary: β¬ 5.112 - β¬ 7.303 per month.
- Benefit budget: 11% of salary (to spend on additional employment benefits).
- Five weeks paid vacation per year + the day after Ascension Day + Liberation Day (5 May). Option to purchase up to 4 additional weeks per year.
