Responsibilities
- Analyze complex Finance business issues exceeding Squads and/or Tribe for complete solutions.
- Deliver substantiated analysis using state-of-the-art techniques and tools leading to functional designs covering all change deliverables.
- Focus on process design and translation to IT.
- Coordinate content between specialists from different domains.
- Ensure all stakeholder requirements are acknowledged in analyses and solution designs.
- Support Tribes and squads in decision making by presenting design alternatives and their impacts.
- Translate business and non-functional requirements into IT Solution requirements.
- Cooperate with IT architects and specialists to develop suitable IT solutions.
- Conduct requirements, process, information, and risk analyses.
- Explain and present solutions to stakeholders, gather feedback.
- Document analyses using BABOK standards and business analysis products.
- Substantiate choices with alternatives, feasibility studies, impact analyses, decision sheets, and business cases.
- Support iterative Agile delivery by refining roadmaps and adjusting requirements and designs.
- Set up acceptance criteria and define scenarios and use cases.
- Translate solution designs into training materials and work instructions.
- Introduce best practices internally and externally to maximize solution reuse.
- Share lessons learned and best practices to deepen overall knowledge and experience.
Requirements
- HBO/WO level working and thinking.
- Bachelor/Master degree in (business) administration or comparable.
- Knowledge and experience in Business Analysis.
- Integral, cross-domain knowledge and experience.
- Strong communication skills; ability to clearly present analyses.
- Working knowledge and practical experience with Agile and Lean.
- Knowledge and experience in business and IT in areas such as process management and financial services.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
- Expert analytical skills using state-of-the-art methods and techniques.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and applying external trends.
- Enjoy working in multidisciplinary squads.
