You and your job

For this new team we are looking for a Senior BCM Engineer joining the new CITO BCM team. CITO BCM will play a pivotal role in ensuring effective Business Continuity Management within CITO departments and guide the strengthening and maturity of the CITO organizational resilience.

  • You are a driven and pragmatic professional with a wide variety of interests quickly able to oversee different BCM and resilience topics.
  • You’ll support CITO departments to develop, implement and maintain robust CITO BCM practices and guidelines including monitoring, evaluation and reporting.
  • You’ll develop and implement the CITO Organizational Resilience mission, vision and strategy.
  • You are a master in stakeholder management.
  • You’ll advise CITO departments on specific BCM risks they are facing translated to business terms in crisp and clear language.
  • You’ll stay updated with industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to business continuity and disaster recovery.

This team is starting up. We expect your active participation, playing an important role in the way the team will develop towards being the 1st line organizational resilience team within the CITO organization.

You and your talent

Customer focus, stakeholder management, critical thinking, clear communication, interpersonal skills are clearly essential for the role of CITO BCM Engineer.

In addition, it's important that you recognize everything in the checklist below:

  • Master, in a technical field preferred in IT/Security/BCM
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business continuity management, disaster recovery, or a related field.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • You have a strong personal integrity and know how to work with classified information within the bank, but also in trusted communities.
