Are you a dynamic Business Developer with a critical eye for detail and a passion for optimizing HR systems and processes? Do you excel at bridging the gap between business needs and IT solutions while improving user experiences? If so, ABN AMRO’s Employee Experience Grid within HR is looking for you! As part of the G-PEx team, you will contribute to initiatives that enhance personnel administration, payroll, benefits, mobility, wellbeing, and rewards. Responsibilities
- Translate HR processes into system requirements and identify opportunities for improvement with a focus on usability and user experience.
- Engage with HR colleagues, IT teams, and SaaS suppliers to ensure alignment on requirements and deliverables in a complex stakeholder environment.
- Create test scripts, facilitate testing with stakeholders, and participate in system testing to ensure high-quality outcomes and seamless implementation of solutions.
- Assist with daily run operations, manage tickets, resolve employee inquiries, and troubleshoot system issues.
- Conduct risk assessments for upcoming system changes and support IT change implementations within the HR department.

Requirements / Your profile
Technical Expertise
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Developer.
- Practical experience in optimizing HR applications, such as SAP SuccessFactors.
- Strong analytical skills with proven knowledge of HR processes and the ability to translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies.
Soft Skills & Personal Attributes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Dutch.
- Skilled in managing stakeholders and working effectively with HR, IT, outsourcing partners, and SaaS vendors in complex environments.
- A “people person” who values collaboration and understands different cultures.
- Persistent and patient, while being adaptable and flexible, ready to take on a diverse range of tasks.
- A practical problem-solver with great attention to detail.

- The gross monthly salary (min. EUR 5,304 – max. EUR 7,577) is based on a 36-hour work week, including vacation pay and benefit budget. A 40-hour work week is also possible. Salary determination and salary level is based on the knowledge, experience and potential you bring.
- The Benefit Budget is 11% of your salary. If unused in a month, one twelfth of the Benefit Budget is paid out that month.
- Five weeks of vacation per year with the option to purchase an additional four weeks per year.
- Personal development budget of €1,000 per year, accumulatable up to €3,000.
- Possibility to work from home (in consultation with your team).
- An annual public transport pass with free public transportation throughout the Netherlands.
