It’s not just technology, though — it is our people. We are seeking an experienced and talented technical program manager for the Resource Governance arm of DGX Cloud.
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled DGX Cloud Supply Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing GPU capacity from various cloud service providers to meet our growing demands. This role requires a blend of cloud experience, industry expertise, and a collaborative spirit to work closely with our Finance, Procurement, and Engineering teams. The DGX Cloud Supply Analyst will play a crucial role in ensuring our contracts satisfy our broad needs and use cases, as well as guaranteeing the smooth delivery and performance of our cloud capacity.
Responsibilities
- Source GPU capacity: identify and secure GPU capacity from various cloud service providers to meet the company's demands.
- Build and maintain vendor partnerships with cloud service providers to ensure needs are met efficiently and cost-effectively.
- Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, and Engineering teams to align cloud capacity sourcing with strategic goals and technical requirements.
- Oversee and manage contracts with cloud service providers, ensuring contractual terms are met and capacity is delivered and performs as expected.
- Conduct monthly and quarterly business reviews with cloud service providers to assess performance, address issues, and explore opportunities for improvement.
- Apply a dynamic, agile, and analytical approach to adapt to changing demands and optimize cloud capacity sourcing strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 8+ years of overall program management experience in software/cloud services.
- Proven experience in cloud computing, specifically in sourcing and managing GPU capacity with cloud service providers.
- Strong understanding of cloud service models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and cloud infrastructure technologies.
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (Finance, Procurement, Engineering).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with contract management and business review processes.
- Comfort with ambiguity and an agile mindset; ability to operate effectively amidst uncertainty and rapidly changing business conditions.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence strategic decisions.
- Strong technical proficiency in cloud architecture, development and deployment; past programming experience is a bonus.
Benefits
- Base salary range: 168,000 USD - 264,500 USD (final base salary determined by location, experience, and pay of employees in similar positions).
