Create and optimize customer journeys to attract new customers and boost sales for various financial products.

Responsibilities

  • Design personalized, high-performing (always-on) campaigns for current and future customers.
  • Focus on paid incrementality strategy and collaborate with media agencies to optimize budget allocation.
  • Monitor funnel performance daily, analyze data, experiment, and continuously optimize.
  • Use martech stack tools effectively to achieve optimal results.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and apply new knowledge.
  • Work entrepreneurially, take initiative, and improve team performance.

Requirements

  • 2-6 years of experience in online marketing.
  • Experience with paid and owned media.
  • Knowledge of web analytics and funnel analyses.
  • Experience setting up experiments.
  • Familiarity with working with digital marketing agencies.
  • Experience developing and managing marketing content.
  • Skilled in using various martech stack tools.
  • Agile working experience is a plus.
  • Excellent command of Dutch (native) and English (fluent).
  • Academic working and thinking level.
