Create and optimize customer journeys to attract new customers and boost sales for various financial products.
Responsibilities
- Design personalized, high-performing (always-on) campaigns for current and future customers.
- Focus on paid incrementality strategy and collaborate with media agencies to optimize budget allocation.
- Monitor funnel performance daily, analyze data, experiment, and continuously optimize.
- Use martech stack tools effectively to achieve optimal results.
- Stay updated with industry trends and apply new knowledge.
- Work entrepreneurially, take initiative, and improve team performance.
Requirements
- 2-6 years of experience in online marketing.
- Experience with paid and owned media.
- Knowledge of web analytics and funnel analyses.
- Experience setting up experiments.
- Familiarity with working with digital marketing agencies.
- Experience developing and managing marketing content.
- Skilled in using various martech stack tools.
- Agile working experience is a plus.
- Excellent command of Dutch (native) and English (fluent).
- Academic working and thinking level.
