NVIDIA is looking for an experienced Customer Technical Program Manager to drive the planning and execution of complex, multidisciplinary infrastructure deployment programs for the integration of AI Platform Solutions with OEM/ODM System Partners. You will work in an agile, forward-thinking environment balancing technical complexity, process, quality, and execution speed. The role focuses on delivering Data Center enterprise solutions across OEM/ODM partners and requires strong planning, technical skills, and high-level strategic thinking.
Responsibilities
- Lead NVIDIA's AI Platform Solution integration with external OEM/ODM System Partners from early design through production.
- Collaborate across the company to plan and drive hardware/software multi-functional teams.
- Assemble requirements, help prioritize, schedule, and plan all phases of the product lifecycle.
- Develop and manage schedules and risk mitigation for many interdependent moving parts.
- Lead and improve existing product development and software release processes; collaborate with engineering management to improve development workflow and engineering efficiency.
- Full scoping of projects, identify and assemble core support teams, formally kick off projects with customers, develop joint project schedules, and support design-in efforts by providing technical collateral/tools.
- Lead engineering design reviews, ensure implementation of customer-required features, drive resolution of blocking issues/bugs, and ensure timely production deployment.
- Translate customer requirements into tasks and assign them to relevant functional areas.
- Collect, prioritize, track, and drive customer-reported issues to resolution/closure and clearly communicate status to customers and internal senior executive teams.
- Work closely with engineering, operations, quality, product management, and sales to resolve technical and logistical issues, set expectations, and keep project scope on track.
- Efficiently coordinate and lead complex technical engineering-to-engineering (hardware and software) discussions and escalate urgent issues appropriately.
- Regularly communicate executive-level program status and key issues to management.
- Develop close working relationships with customer development teams and use creativity to find optimal solutions.
Requirements
- BS/MS in Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years in the high-tech industry with a focus on Technical Program Management, supporting OEMs/ODMs System Partners.
- Proven experience running complex programs with strategic customers and large datacenter deployments.
- Strong system integration technical experience, including server hardware/software development, network topologies, network interfaces, and datacenter qualification/deployment.
- Deep customer savvy and experience working with large OEMs/ODMs for system integration, development, and deployment.
- Supreme leadership skills across broad and diverse functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges.
- Data-driven mentality and excellent project management and interpersonal skills.

- Base salary is determined based on location, experience, and comparable roles. The base salary range is 160,000 USD - 253,000 USD.
