NVIDIA is looking for an experienced Customer Technical Program Manager to drive the planning and execution of complex, multidisciplinary infrastructure deployment programs for the integration of AI Platform Solutions with OEM/ODM system partners. You will work in an agile, forward-thinking environment balancing technical complexity, process, quality, and execution speed. The role focuses on delivering data center enterprise solutions across OEM/ODM partners and requires strong planning, technical skills, and high-level strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

  • Lead NVIDIA's AI Platform Solution integration with external OEM/ODM system partners from early design phases through production.
  • Collaborate across hardware and software multifunctional teams to assemble requirements, prioritize, schedule, and plan all phases of the product life cycle.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, critical paths, and risk/issue remediation for complex, multi-stakeholder programs.
  • Translate customer requirements into specific tasks and assign them to relevant functional areas.
  • Collect, prioritize, track, and drive customer-reported issues to resolution and closure.
  • Communicate issue status clearly to customers and to internal senior executive teams; regularly provide executive-level program reports.
  • Coordinate engineering-to-engineering discussions (hardware and software) and lead engineering design reviews.
  • Work closely with engineering, operations, quality, product management, and sales to resolve technical and logistical issues and keep projects on track for successful execution.
  • Support design-in efforts by providing technical collateral/tools and ensure implementation of customer-required features.
  • Represent urgency of issues appropriately and escalate when needed.

Requirements

  • BS/MS in Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years in the high-tech industry with a focus on Technical Program Management supporting OEMs/ODMs system partners.
  • Proven experience managing complex programs with strategic customers and large datacenter deployments.
  • Strong system integration technical experience, including server hardware/software development, network topologies, network interfaces, datacenter qualification, and deployment.
  • Deep customer savvy, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and strong leadership across broad and diverse functional teams.
  • Data-driven mentality, excellent project management skills, and extraordinary interpersonal and communication skills.

Preferred / Ways to Stand Out

  • Solid experience working with large OEMs/ODMs for system integration, development, and deployment on ambitious timelines or constrained resources.
  • Comfortable defining and driving complex programs with an intimate understanding of dependencies, critical paths, and key milestones.
  • Record of handling multiple OEM/ODM customers and programs across worldwide geographies and time zones.
  • Familiarity with AI ecosystem, data center topologies, and NVIDIA GPU platforms is a plus.

Benefits

  • Base salary range: 160,000 USD - 253,000 USD (final base determined by location, experience, and internal pay equity).
