You’ll build the digital backbone of Europe’s energy transition. From smart access to seamless collaboration, your work will accelerate climate action. This is a strategic build-and-innovate role with deep influence and visibility. You will shape the digital experience for 4,000+ colleagues across multiple countries — from engineers in offshore wind to DevOps teams — by designing a secure-by-default, frictionless workplace that balances user freedom with operational control.
Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver scalable digital workplace solutions across Microsoft 365, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Entra ID, Intune, JAMF, and Power Platform, tailored to different user needs (engineers, business users, developers).
- Lead the modernization of identity and access foundations, including replacing the current IAM platform and implementing Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) across the organisation.
- Elevate supplier and vendor management by challenging suppliers and partners to deliver fit-for-purpose, best-in-class outcomes.
- Embed zero-trust security principles across the stack — from endpoints to identity — combining usability and protection.
- Serve multiple audiences (including DevOps teams) ensuring the workplace supports agile development, secure remote work, and seamless toolchains.
- Translate user and business needs into future-proof architecture aligned with organisational change and compliance requirements.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Track record of architecting workplace solutions at scale (1,000+ users). The role targets candidates with mid to senior experience (3–5 years and >5 years indicated).
- Technical fluency: Proven expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Entra ID, Intune, JAMF, Power Platform, and CyberArk. Familiarity with Citrix; a cloud-first mindset is expected.
- IAM/RBAC: Hands-on experience with identity transformations and designing scalable, secure role-based access models.
- Security-first mindset: Design for zero trust, governance, and resilience.
- DevOps awareness: Understand developer needs and design workplace solutions that enable fast, secure, and flexible developer workflows.
- Communication: Strong ability to influence at C-level, align technical teams, and manage suppliers.
