- Design for security-first and zero-trust principles across endpoints, identity and access, and governance layers.
- Serve multiple audiences including DevOps teams: ensure the workplace supports agile development, secure remote work and seamless toolchains.
- Elevate supplier management: challenge suppliers and partners to deliver fit-for-purpose outcomes and orchestrate vendors effectively.
- Translate business needs into future-proof architecture aligned with organisational change and compliance requirements.
Requirements

- Practical experience with Identity & Access Management (IAM) transformations and designing RBAC structures.
- Security-first mindset: experience designing for zero trust, governance and resilience.
- Awareness and understanding of DevOps needs; able to design workplace solutions that enable developer velocity and secure toolchains.
- Strong communication skills; able to influence at C-level and align technical teams.
- Experience leading or managing suppliers and third parties to deliver high-quality solutions.
