Domain Architect Identity & Access

We are looking for an IT Domain Architect with focus on Identity & Access management, working in the Corporate Information Security Office (CISO).

The need for information security is rapidly increasing. Especially within a bank, where attackers have much to gain. For that reason we are constantly searching for smarter ways to make digital banking as secure as possible. A big responsibility as there is much at stake.

Responsibilities

• Define and guard technical choices in the identity & access management-related IT landscape, from current state architecture to future state architecture and solution intent.
• Build bridges and align different views and opinions into one direction across business and IT stakeholders.
• Act as sparring partner for IT Lead, Grid Owner and Product Owner: provide cadres and solutioning guidance.
• Coach, guide and monitor agile delivery teams in their solution design and implementations to ensure solution intents are delivered and non-functional requirements (including security standards) are met.
• Help development teams break down large changes into small user stories and shippable products.
• Continuously learn and improve based on theory and practical experience.

Working environment

You will work for the Corporate Information Security Office (CISO), the central information security function within ABN AMRO. CISO works in an agile way where the team takes on challenges regardless of hierarchy. You will be part of the Technology & Engineering (T&E) team of 14 CISO domain architects and part of a larger architecture community within the organisation.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in an IT architecture role, preferably in Identity & Access Management.
• University or BSc degree.
• Experience in creating solution architectures / solution intents.
• Thorough understanding of digital identities, RBAC/ABAC, authentication protocols, and electronic signing.
• Good analytical and communication skills; ability to drive a solution and keep stakeholders aligned.
• Experience with DevOps & Agile ways of working.

Nice to have (explicitly mentioned):

• Experience with Microsoft Azure services.
• Experience in software engineering.
• TOGAF and ArchiMate certification.
• Security certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, CISM, CEH, etc.

Soft skills expected: Connector, Educator, Change mindset, Communication skills & Vision.
